All profits from risd:store sales are returned to Rhode Island School of Design for use in furthering its mission.
The risd:store features adults’ and childrens’ clothing; gift items and accessories and RISD team apparel.

returns
Please email risdstore@risd.edu to get pre-authorization for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will be returned back to customer at customer's expense.
There are no returns on worn or washed clothing. All items must be in same purchased condition, with tags.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Credit will be
issued in same form that payment was made. No credit is given for
shipping charges.

Shipping is based on the total of your order and is shipped only within the United States.
Items are shipped using UPS, and a tracking number is sent to the email address provided. Rush orders available upon request, at customers expense. All items are shipped out within 2-3 days of receipt, unless not in stock.
Packages are shipped Monday through end of day Thursday ONLY.
Expect Delays if shipping to a PO box.
